Return for non-manufacturing defect product(s) can be accepted at the online store only when all the following conditions are met:
- The items must have all labels and be in original condition (not dirty, worn, scratched, altered, nor washed), the price tag, sticker (if available) are intact, and attracted to the product(s);
- We request you to back our product in the original box along with the original invoice.
- Shipping cost for return shall be borne by the customer.
- Any form of The31 coupons, discount codes, promotional codes used on the returned product(s) will not be returned or refunded.
- Refunds will be processed automatically for Debit/ Credit Card payment. For COD (cash on delivery), the Customer Center will send you an email for Bank Account information.
- The31 reserves the right to reject any return that does not fulfill any of the above-stated requirements.
- The31 reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.

IN CASE PRODUCT(S) MANUFACTURING DEFECT
- Products defects in manufacturing can be exchanged or refunded within 28 days from the day of receipt. Please get into contact with our Customer Center before returning the product to our warehouse to check the product’s status and advise you on the needed steps.
- The31 accepts only refunds for manufacturing defective product(s).
- Kindly contact the Customer Service for further support.
