An item that was gifted to you may be exchanged for another item or a gift voucher. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method under which the gift was initially bought.
However in any case, the shipping cost for orders is non-refundable.
If you are unhappy with your order and want to return a product(s), please notify us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org and return it to our customer service department at 14-16 Quoc Huong, Thao Dien Ward, District 2, HCM City within 7 days from the day you have received the package. Please ensure to include a copy of your invoice/receipt.
The product(s) cannot have any signs of usage and the original labels and hangtags must be originally placed.
Please be aware that you are responsible for choosing a carrier that can provide insurance and we cannot be held responsible for the freight cost.
As soon as your order reaches our customer service, we will refund you the money.
We will carefully evaluate each cases of your complaints.
When you wish to file a complaint, please send us an email to email@example.com including a description and pictures of the problem. Please also attach a copy of your invoice or receipt. We will appreciate you taking time to complete this process before returning the product(s).
In cases where the complaint is justified, an email will be send to you for confirming the return.
